How do exchanges work for US customers?

We've made exchanges for TheraSpecs as simple as possible!

First, email contact@theraspecs.com with the new style you'd like to try. Then, we'll apply what you've already paid towards your new pair of TheraSpecs!

Once you confirm your mailing address and finish the exchange, we'll mail your new style with free shipping!

If you exchanged for another in-stock pair, then we'll ship your new style as quickly as possible!

If you exchanged for a non-refundable custom item (e.g. readers, Rx pairs, or "Send In Your Own Frames" TheraSpecs), then it will take about three weeks to finish in our optical lab. As soon as they're done, we'll pass your new style through a final visual inspection and mail them the same day.

The package will include a prepaid return label—use this to send your first pair back!

(NOTE: Non-refundable custom items are unable to be returned or exchanged.)
