How do exchanges work for US customers?

Exchanges for TheraSpecs are simple!

1. Email contact@theraspecs.com with the new item you'd like to try and we'll share the next steps.
2. After you've set up your exchange, you will receive a free prepaid US Postal Service return label
3. Once we receive notification from the post office that your package is in the mail back to us, your new order will be sent to you. You will receive a tracking email the evening it ships.
