How do exchanges work for US customers?

Exchanges for TheraSpecs are simple.

1. Email contact@theraspecs.com with the new item you'd like to try. We'll apply what you've already paid towards your new pair of TheraSpecs.

2. Confirm your mailing address and finish the exchange. We'll mail your new style with free ground shipping.

-If you exchanged for another in-stock pair, then we'll ship your new style as quickly as possible.

-If you exchanged for a non-refundable custom item (e.g. readers, Rx pairs), then it will take about three weeks to finish your new order in our optical lab.

3. The package will include a prepaid return label - use this to send your first pair back.
