You certainly can! Contact our customer care team by emailing contact@theraspecs.com or reaching out through our contact form with your order number and we'll share the next steps with you.

TheraSpecs readers take about three weeks to make in our optical lab. As soon as they're finished, we'll pass your glasses through a final quality inspection and mail them to you.
