What are your shipping options for US customers?

Once you’ve picked out your TheraSpecs, we get to work! For non-custom orders in a TheraSpecs frame, it takes 1-3 business days to get them made and shipped to you. We offer four shipping options:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 4–8 business days (FREE)
• USPS Priority Mail: 3–4 business days ($8)
• UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days ($14)
• UPS Next Day Air: Arrives by midnight the day after it ships ($39)

Please note, only UPS Overnight comes with a guaranteed arrival time. All estimates are based on business days, so keep in mind that weekends and holidays aren't included in the delivery window.

Want your glasses faster?

We ship orders Monday through Friday. If you choose one of our paid shipping options and order before 2 p.m. Arizona time, we’ll move you to the front of the line and ship your order that same day! If you order after 2 p.m., we’ll have them out the very next business day.

A note on custom orders

If you’re ordering custom lenses, please plan for about three weeks at the lab. Because the tinting and crafting process is so precise, we can’t rush these orders—even if you select a faster shipping method at checkout.
