How do international exchanges work?

1. Email contact@theraspecs.com with your order number and we'll share the next steps with you.
2. We’re only able to exchange international orders for a different style by having you place a new order for the new style you'd like and returning the original pair for a refund.
3. Once you have received the email confirming that your original order was refunded, you can use that to contact your local customs agency for a refund on the duties paid.
