How do international exchanges work?

We make international exchanges easy!

1. Email with your order number and the new style you want. We'll credit what you've already paid toward your new TheraSpecs.

2. Confirm your address and complete the exchange. We'll ship your new style with your preferred shipping method. We'll also include a document showing you've paid duties. If your new style costs more than your original order, you'll only need to pay duties on the extra amount.

3. In-stock pairs ship quickly, but custom items (readers and prescription pairs) take about three weeks to be processed at our optical lab. Once they're ready, we'll give them a final visual inspection and ship your new style.

4. Unfortunately, we cannot provide international return labels, so please feel free to use the most cost-effective shipping option to send your original pair back to us.

5. If you're due a refund, you'll be notified via email and credited within 5 business days.

Note: custom items such as prescription, reader, or TheraSpecs in your own frames are made especially for you and can not be returned or exchanged.
