How do international exchanges work?
International exchanges are simple! First, email email@example.com with your order number and the new style you'd like to try. Then, we'll apply what you've already paid towards your new pair of TheraSpecs!
Once you confirm your mailing address and finish the exchange, we'll mail your new style with your preferred shipping method! We'll include a document that shows you've already paid duties. If your new style costs more, then you'll only owe duties on the extra amount.
If you ordered an in-stock pair, then we'll ship your new style as quickly as possible!
If you ordered a custom item (e.g. readers, Rx pairs, SIYOF, or extra-tints), then it'll take about three weeks to finish in our optical lab. As soon as they're done, we'll pass your new style through a final visual inspection and mail them the same day.
Because we're unable to print international return labels, feel free to use the least expensive option to mail your first pair back!
If you’re due a refund, then you'll receive an email when it’s been processed, and your account should be credited within 5 business days.
(NOTE: Non-refundable custom items are unable to be returned or exchanged.)
