How do returns work?

To start a return, email returns@theraspecs.com or reach out through our contact form within 60 days of receiving your TheraSpecs. Let us know why you’d like to return them, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do to help and share the return instructions.

Once your TheraSpecs arrive in our office, we will inspect them and process your applicable refund. While all stock TheraSpecs are returnable, since custom orders are made to your specifications, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on:

• Prescription TheraSpecs
• Readers
• Send-in-your-own frame orders
