How do returns work?

To start a return, email within 60 days of receiving your TheraSpecs. Let us know why you’d like to return them and we’ll see if there’s anything else we can do to help!

After that, we'll send the next steps, including our mailing address. While we're unable to create return labels, these lightweight packages usually ship for about $4.

Once your TheraSpecs arrive in our office, we'll pass them through a final inspection and process your applicable refund!

While all stock TheraSpecs are returnable, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges on custom items, including:

  • Prescription TheraSpecs
  • Full-lens and half-lens readers
  • Lenses with anti-reflective or scratch-resistant coatings
  • "Send In Your Own Frames" TheraSpecs
  • Clearance items (although clearance items can be exchanged)
