How do returns work?

To start a return, email within 60 days of receiving your TheraSpecs. Let us know why you’d like to return them, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do to help! After that, we'll follow up with the next steps to process your return.

Once your TheraSpecs arrive in our office, we'll pass them through a final inspection and process your applicable refund. While all in-stock TheraSpecs are returnable, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges on custom items (since they're made just for you), including:

- prescription TheraSpecs

- full-lens and half-lens Readers

- send-in-your-own frame orders

- Clearance items (although clearance items can be exchanged)
