What if my TheraSpecs don't fit? Do you offer trial pairs?

While we don't offer trial pairs, we've made exchanges as easy as we can for US customers. If the pair you receive doesn't fit quite right, there are several options.

Start with a small adjustment. Most of our frames can be widened, narrowed, or reshaped at home in a few minutes. Step-by-step instructions and videos for every style are in How to Adjust Frames.

If adjusting doesn't do the trick, we have a 60-day return and exchange window on all stock styles. We cover the shipping both ways on exchanges. You can also return them for a refund, if you prefer. (Please note that prescription lenses, readers, and send-in-your-own-frame orders are made individually for each person, so they can't be returned or exchanged.)
