Are TheraSpecs designed for night driving?
If you need TheraSpecs for driving at night*, we have a few different options, depending on your needs.
- If you are primarily looking for increased contrast, Contrast HEV is an excellent option.
- If you are sensitive to headlights and streetlights, Flex is a great choice. It comes in two colors: Flex Peach provides the most protection, while Flex Lavender is a more subtle lens with slightly less protection.
Both Contrast HEV and Flex can also help with sensitivity to screens and artificial lighting.
*TheraSpecs Flex transmits approximately 82% of all light and Contrast HEV transmits approximately 90% of all light, making them compliant with traffic laws in most places for night driving. However, users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable traffic regulations and that road lighting is sufficient for safe use. Always drive responsibly and remain attentive to the road and lighting conditions, traffic signals, and other vehicles.
