Can I wear TheraSpecs FL-Sun inside?

No, we don't recommend wearing TheraSpecs FL-Sun™ inside.

Just like when you leave a movie theater on a sunny day, everything seems brighter once you're outside. The same thing happens when sunglasses are worn indoors, and, over a long enough period, doing this can actually increase light sensitivity!

Dark adaptation can be reversed, but it takes some time to readjust. To provide the light management and protection you deserve, we designed (and recommend) our FL-Pro™, FL-Blend™ or Flex™ lenses for filtering the right amount of light when spending time inside.
