How can I track my order?

Our business days are Monday through Friday. Orders for in-stock items ship by the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number once your package has been scanned by the postal carrier.

If you ordered a custom item (e.g. readers, Rx pairs, or ANSI lenses), then it will take about three weeks to finish in our optical lab. As soon as they're done, we'll pass them through a final visual inspection, ship them, and email a tracking number.

If you didn't receive a tracking number, then we recommend checking the spam folder just in case, or contact us for help.
