How can I track my order?
Our team is based in Phoenix, AZ, and our business days are Monday to Friday.
If you ordered an in-stock pair before 2:00pm, then we'll ship your TheraSpecs the same business day! You'll receive a tracking number once your package has been scanned by the postal carrier.
If you ordered a custom item (e.g. readers, Rx pairs, or extra-tints), then it will take about three weeks to finish in our optical lab. As soon as they're done, we'll pass them through a final visual inspection, ship them the same day, and email a tracking number.
If you didn't receive a tracking number, then we recommend checking the spam folder just in case!
