Why hasn't my package shipped yet?

In-stock orders ship the same or next business day.

If you ordered a custom item (e.g. readers, Rx lenses, your own frame, or ANSI safety lenses), then it will take about three weeks to make your order in our optical lab.

As soon as they're finished, we'll pass them through a final quality inspection and mail them with the shipping method you chose at checkout.
