Why isn't the style I want available for custom orders?

It is our goal to deliver the best possible TheraSpecs for our customers, which may make some styles unavailable for custom orders. Other styles may have prescription limitations based on the size and/or curvature of the lens.

Occasionally we do not have sufficient stock of a style to offer it for custom orders. There's still hope! If you email our dedicated care team with (1) a copy of your Rx/reading strength, and (2) the style you want, then they can check its compatibility and share the best next steps.
