Do TheraSpecs have a manufacturer's warranty?

Every pair of TheraSpecs ships with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. While this covers damage that results from defects (like loose screws), it doesn't cover accidental breaks.

If warranty damage occurs, email contact@theraspecs.com with

  1. a picture of the affected area and
  2. a picture of the model number on the inside of the right arm

Our dedicated care team will share the best next steps! If your TheraSpecs are accidentally damaged but not under warranty, you can still get replacement parts or repair by contacting our customer care team (contact@theraspecs.com).
