Where do I send my own frames to fit with custom lenses?

After you've finished placing a "Send In Your Own Frame" order, pack your frame securely and send it to:

Once your frame arrives in our office, we'll send a confirmation email and start crafting your new lenses!

Make sure to pack your frames securely so that they aren't damaged in shipping. While we give great care to handling of your glasses, in very rare cases frames or your original lenses may be damaged when mounting new lenses. By sending them to us, you acknowledge that TheraSpecs will not replace your frames or original lenses in this unlikely event.
