Because Lola is such a thick frame, the best way to adjust it is at the arms.

Arm Adjustment

To refine the fit, you can use heat to adjust the arms. The video below shows you how.

Once you have the shape you want, cool the frame quickly under cold tap water or in front of a fan to set the adjustment.
